My client is a growing global manufacturing company and is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. They are a leader in providing power quality products across the globe and want an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join their expanding UK team!

Main Duties:

• Design and oversee electrical and power electronics products and systems and test as well as bring them into production.
• To design new automatic voltage regulation and power quality products and develop existing designs.
• To create new automatic voltage regulation and power quality products
• Power transformer design

Skills and Experience Required:

• Over 5 years of Industrial electronic and electrical experience.
• EPLAN Experience is required.
• Experience with selecting and sizing electrical components, including, cables, circuit breakers and switchgear.
• Transformer design experience
• Power Electronic Device Experience with thyristors, triacs, MOSFETs, or IGBTs is desired

The salary for this position will be circa £43,000 - £46,000 depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package.
