With a strong pipeline of sustainable retrofit programmes, significant investment in low-carbon technologies and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to strengthen their technical team, deliver high-quality engineering solutions and play a key role in the transition towards a more sustainable built environment.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Designing Solar PV, Battery Storage, LV Distribution and other low-carbon electrical systems
* Producing electrical designs, calculations and schematics using AutoCAD and PVcase
* Leading electrical design packages across RIBA Stages 2–5 and coordinating DNO applications
* Reviewing designs, ensuring regulatory compliance and mentoring junior engineers

The successful Electrical Design Engineer should have:
* Strong electrical design experience across LV systems, Solar PV and Battery Storage
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVcase, with Revit or BIM experience advantageous
* Knowledge of BS 7671, DNO requirements and electrical building services design
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with CEng status advantageous
