Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services looking for a varied role in a well-established company offering a great work-life balance through the hybrid nature of the role, and exciting opportunities for progression?

For almost 50 years, this Mechanical and Electrical consultancy has supplied building services solutions to an array of clients across Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sectors. With an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking to expand their friendly team.

This role predominantly consists of producing drawings, designs and calculations for building services systems, attending site surveys and team meetings, and supporting junior staff throughout their duties. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), working 8:45am-5pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 3pm on Fridays.

This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in building services seeking a permanent role within a company offering hybrid work to support you and your needs, a close-knit friendly environment and career progression potential.

The Role:

• Produce drawings, designs and calculations for building services systems
• Attend site surveys and team meetings
• Assist junior staff

The Person:

• Mechanical and Electrical Design experience
• Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity with project management
• Commutable to Glasgow
