Are you an Electrical/Electronics Engineer looking for an office-based role providing technical support across the UK, in a forward-thinking business with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art monitoring devices offering full internal training?

Do you want to work an industry leading business that will offer tailored, 1-on-1 training in house on bespoke hardware and software, allowing you to become a technical expert in a niche field?

In this office-based role you will providing a range of support to engineers and customers, talking them through basic repairs and diagnosing faults with bespoke, in-house software. You will be supported with 1-on-1 training from industry experts to help you springboard your career.

Established 30 years ago, this renowned company specialise in food safety systems for a range of clients such as hospitals, banks, universities, food manufacturers and the Houses of Parliament. They design their own hardware and develop bespoke software solutions which are market leading.

This role would suit perhaps a Service Engineer from an ATM, EPOS, or similar background looking for an office-based, off-the-tools role providing technical support across the UK.

The Role:

• Providing technical support to engineers and customers across the UK
• Handling electrical, electronics, and IT advice with training given
• Work collaboratively with other team members to solve complex technical challenges
• Office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:15pm
