Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader
Location: West Bromwich
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Days Role)
Pay: £50,000 per year + benefits

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in West Bromwich. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plant's electrical systems in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems within the plant.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.

• Monitor and maintain the electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Work closely with the engineering team to optimize plant performance and efficiency.

• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND).
