Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer (EV Charging) - Up to 50K + 23% Pension, 25 Days Holiday + Bank - Field Based - Greenford Depot

We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join a one of the largest EV charging networks across the UK with over 2,700 points, primarily across London with the main depot being in Greenford.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and hard working Electrical Engineer who will be given support and training to implement world renowned EV charging solutions.

You will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance work, both curative and preventive as well as commissioning and troubleshooting of new EV charging infrastructure while adhering at all times to safe working practices in compliance with company Rules.

Electrical Engineer Experience:

* At least 1-2 years' experience as an electrician
* ECS Gold Card (Installation Electrician) or equivalent certificates required
* Experience of EV charging installation or maintenance would be highly advantageous
* C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing
* 18th edition wiring regs
* A clean and valid driver's license
* Ability to work logically to diagnose and fault find
* Ability to follow safe working practices and Company Rules
* Knowledge of working safely with electrical circuits and equipment
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and to use all PPE provided for those conditions,
* Good understanding of the Windows IT environment and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of 4G routers, network switches and communication equipment advantageous
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and software as they evolve
* NVQ Level 3

You will be self motivated Electrical Engineer, a good communicator and be able to hold the up most professionalism and standards whilst on site. The successful Electrical Engineer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
