Electrical Engineer

Our client a fast-moving manufacturing business, are looking to appoint an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience of carrying out fault finding and planned maintenance work across a large manufacturing unit. The appointed Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be given excellent training and great career progression prospects. You need previous experience working in a fast paced, deadline focused manufacturing plant with highly automated equipment.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer / PPMs / Reactive Maintenance

* Electrical and mechanical fault finding to increase OEE and reduce downtime
* Be able to accurately estimate the time frame of activity
* Conduct and complete planned maintenance as part of CMMS workload
* Ensure fault reporting is clear and precise

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer / PPMs / Reactive Maintenance

HNC/HND qualified with time served apprenticeship in electrical engineering
* Working knowledge of PLCs, motor invertors and relay-controlled equipment
* Minimum 5 years' practical FMCG experience
* PLC knowledge for fault finding and repair
* Pneumatic/Hydraulic fault finding for fully automated machinery an advantage
