Electrical Engineer

Futures are looking to appoint an Electrical engineer to perform the inhouse/on site testing and inspection of high voltage equipment. As the Electrical Engineer you will work I a fast paced environment on a range of electrical equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete modifications

• Document all test results and compile detailed reports for internal records and customer approvals.

• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to resolve non-conformities and support continuous improvement.

• Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed during all testing operations.

• Perform electrical testing and inspection of electrical equipment in accordance with industry standard.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure equipment meets customer and regulatory requirements.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods, standards, and instrumentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• A degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience working high-voltage equipment.
