Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Duties:

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on various electrical systems. You’ll also assist with general building maintenance, liaise directly with clients, maintain site logbooks, and ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and in full compliance with regulations. Other duties include:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Work with Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS
• Safely isolate plant and systems when required
• Ensure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards
• Promote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks
• Manage tasks via PDA system - raising and closing jobs as needed

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical engineering or installations (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent/higher)
• Minimum of 3 years’ commercial maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of commercial M&E plant and systems
• Must live within commutable distance to Canary Wharf
• Proactive, professional, and reliable approach to work
