Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a talented Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in delivering competitive and accurate estimates on commercial building services projects across London.

• Lead the preparation of electrical estimates and cost plans for tender submissions.

• Review electrical specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.

• Carry out quantity take-offs and ensure alignment with project scope and budget.

• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to gather cost information and market insights.

• Participate in pre-construction meetings, tender reviews, and value engineering workshops.

• Ensure a seamless transition to the project team through effective handovers.

• Demonstrable experience in estimating electrical systems within MEP commercial projects.

• Good knowledge of power distribution, lighting, containment, and life safety systems.

• Strong technical and commercial understanding of the building services industry.

• High attention to detail, with excellent numerical and IT skills.

• Confident communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team.
