Electrician – Luxury Residential
Location: Knightsbridge, Chelsea & Kensington – SW1X
Salary: £43,000–£45,000 + up to 8% bonus
Benefits: 9% employer pension + private healthcare
Hours: Monday–Friday

Excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join an established team maintaining some of London’s most prestigious luxury homes and private estates.

Salary & Qualifications:

* £43,000 – Level 3 Electrical Installations + 18th Edition

* £45,000 – Above qualifications + 2391 or 2395 Testing & Inspection

Day to day:

* Planned & reactive electrical maintenance

* Fault finding, testing & inspection

* Lighting and emergency lighting

* Single & three-phase systems

* Motors, pumps and plant room equipment

You’ll make your own way to the Knightsbridge depot each morning, collect a company pool vehicle for the working day and return it once your jobs are complete.

Full UK driving licence essential.
