Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in fault diagnosis and maintenance, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Perform rapid and effective breakdown and planned maintenance to minimise downtime, waste, and costs.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying productivity and process improvements.
Engage in automation projects, integrating existing machinery and plant systems.
Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Manage electrical installations and respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimise production disruptions.
Investigate root causes of reliability issues and wastages, implementing corrective actions to improve machinery performance.
Fabricate components for equipment repair or replacement as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Proficiency in planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Flexibility to cover shifts and provide support as needed.
This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Studley, Alcester, Birmingham, Alvechurch and Evesham.
