Salary: £35,000 - £63,000 Dependant on level and experience

We’re excited to be partnering with a highly regarded, forward-thinking engineering consultancy to recruit for Electrical Engineers at all levels to join their established team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team known for delivering exceptional built environment design across the Southwest and beyond. You'll be working in a collaborative and flexible environment that values innovation, quality, and sustainability.

With over 100 MEP engineers based in their second-largest UK office, this consultancy has deep roots in Bristol and has helped shape many of its iconic developments. They continue to be involved in transformative projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and public sectors.

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer, whether at Engineer, Senior, Principal or Associate level, you’ll play a key role in the technical delivery of high-quality building services projects across a variety of sectors. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’llbe responsible for supporting and delivering electrical designs across a range of project types and scales. You’ll contribute to maintaining a consistently high standard of service for clients, helping to secure both repeat and new business opportunities. At more senior levels, you'll also lead technical delivery, play a role in business development, and mentor junior team members, contributing to both the growth of the team and the success of the wider business.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in electrical design engineering within the built environment

• A degree in the relevant field

• Strong working knowledge of BIM, Revit, Dialux, Relux, and other design tools

• A client-focused, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members

• A proactive, open-minded approach to solving design challenges
