Are you an Engineer from an electrical background looking for a fully office-based role, where you will receive specialist manufacturer training to lead the technical support and service function in the UK?

In this office-based role you will be handling 4 Service Engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts, along with managing service contracts. You will be given full product training allowing you to become the technical expert in the UK, with the support of the European head office.

This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.

This role would suit an Engineer who has electrical knowledge looking for a role which is fully office based that they can truly mould into their own, progressing their career as the leading technical engineer in the country.

The Role:

• Handling 4 Service Engineer and their technical queries over the phone
• Organising and selecting spare parts for specialist equipment
• Liaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head Office
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm on Friday
