Workshop Based Role - Commutable From Bicester, Oxford, Banbury, Aylesbury And Buckingham

Are you from a Chillers , Electrical, Air Conditioning, Electro-Mechanical or similar background with an f-gas qualification, that is looking to step into a role where you will receive full technical training into the role by in-house experts or external sources, with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert within your field, all whilst having optional unlimited 1.5x overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings?

On offer is a days based role with a clear scope of progression up to senior level roles, or management roles off the tools, in addition to working on industry leading, niche equipment with the scope of you to become an all-rounded technical expert in the field as you will receive plenty of exposure to highly technical equipment.

This company are a blue-chip, industry leading business within the medical sector. They have been trading for over a decade and have built up a work-force of over 100 people and are looking to continuously expand due to an increase in workload.

On offer is a role working 40 hours a week with no call outs or weekend work. This is a highly autonomous role where you will receive plenty of recognition for the work you compete, combined with being able to lead projects and gain more responsibility.

This role would suit someone with a strong Chiller, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Multi-Skilled or similar Engineering background with a f-gas, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role where you will receive plenty of training into the role, all whilst having the option of unlimited paid overtime where you can increase your earnings.

The Role:
*Installation, Service and Repairs on static medical trailers and chillers
*Full training into the role

The Candidate:
*Experience within electrical, chillers, air conditioning or similar within Engineering
*Eager to learn and develop
