Your new role
As Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead a skilled team of engineers, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept through to production. You will be responsible for setting engineering standards, driving performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This is a key leadership role within the Engineering department, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering. Leading and developing the Electrical Engineering team and managing project delivery and ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team and conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Developing and implementing engineering procedures and standards Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and health & safety protocols.Hours of work:
Mon - Fri.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and a minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within an engineering environment and proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or EPLAN for schematic design. Experience with PLC programming for machine control. Familiarity with drawing management systems such as Pulse or SolidWorks PDM and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
