The company is a well-established M&E contractor with a strong presence across the London market, known for delivering high-quality projects within fast-track commercial environments. They have built long-standing relationships with repeat clients and are recognised for their collaborative culture, technical capability, and consistent project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a stable and growing business where their input is genuinely valued, and where there is clear scope to develop and progress within a supportive team environment. The Role – Electrical Estimator You will be responsible for pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £500k to £2m as part of wider commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be involved from initial enquiry through to final submission, playing a key role in securing new work and supporting continued growth. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing tender documentation including drawings and specifications Producing accurate electrical take-offs and cost plans Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors Analysing and comparing quotations Attending internal tender review and adjudication meetings Preparing detailed tender submissions including clarifications and exclusions Supporting post-tender negotiations where required Requirements Electrical Estimator or Intermediate Electrical Estimator level Experience within M&E Building Services Proven experience pricing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within commercial environments Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines Good communication skills and a collaborative approach This role would suit candidates currently working as: Electrical Estimator, Intermediate Electrical Estimator, M&E Estimator, Electrical Cost Planner.
