We currently have an opportunity available with a growing Nottingham-based M&E contractor who specialise in full M&E installations, refurbs and fit-outs across the commercial sector ranging in value from £1m to £3m.
Electrical Estimator Job Overview
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for electrical installation projects across the commercial sector Working on projects within a range of settings such as student accommodation and office fit outs Carry out detailed material take-offs, assess quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, and recommend cost-effective solutions Supporting the project handover from design and estimating stage through to project delivery Working on projects with values ranging between £300k - £3m
Electrical Estimator Job Requirements
Experienced in providing accurate electrical cost estimates within the building services and M&E projects sector Experienced using estimating software such as Trimble, Cypher, etc Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham Confident in liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Any experience working across the student accommodation and/or office fit out sectors is highly desirable but not essential
Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits
