The business has just launched, and the Electrical Estimator joining now would be shaping how estimating works from day one rather than stepping into someone else’s system. What makes this different to a typical start-up is the leadership behind it. The founding team brings decades of combined experience running major M&E contracts across the North West, with a strong track record and an established network in the regional market. You would be building something new, but backed by people who have done this at scale before. This suits an experienced electrical estimator who wants real ownership rather than a defined slice of a much larger function, and who is comfortable setting up processes and standards from scratch rather than inheriting them. Permanent, Liverpool, £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, plus a full benefits package. About the Business Our client is a newly established mechanical and electrical contractor based in Liverpool. As a new business, it does not have a trading history of its own to point to, but its founding leadership team does: decades of combined experience delivering major M&E contracts across the North West, with a strong reputation in the regional market and long-standing relationships with main contractors and clients built up over many years. That combination is what makes this an unusual opportunity. It carries the energy and ownership of a start-up, without the uncertainty of unproven leadership. For the right estimator, joining now means being part of building the business from its earliest days, with real influence over how it operates as it grows.
