Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Excellent Package

Our client is seeking an Electrical Estimator to support the successful delivery of a strong pipeline of prestigious residential projects throughout the UK. The Role

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for high-rise residential and large-scale residential developments. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing future projects and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions for residential and high-rise developments.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Undertake detailed take-offs and cost analysis.
Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
Prepare pricing schedules, tender reports, and estimate summaries.
Attend tender review meetings and client presentations where required.
Liaise with design, commercial, and project delivery teams.
Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to ensure competitive submissions.
Support successful project handovers following contract award.

Requirements

Proven experience working as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services or M&E sector.
Previous experience pricing high-rise residential and large residential developments.
Strong understanding of electrical building services installations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to manage multiple tender submissions and work to strict deadlines.
Relevant Electrical or Building Services qualification desirable.
