The Electrical Installation Curriculum Team Leader will need to have:

• A recognised teaching & assessor qualification would be desirable, having either one qualification acceptable
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• Electrical professional needed to work closely with the Electrical Installation curriculum manager to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum
• Cert Ed/PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Appropriate Level 3 subject specialism
• A1 or TAQA verifier award
• The CTL job carries a teaching commitment of 19 hours per week
