Electrical Installation Lecturer

Reed are seeking an Electrical Installations Lecturer to join colleges in Lincolnshire. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in electrical installation to both apprentices and full-time learners. You will also contribute to curriculum design, learner support, and the delivery of commercial qualifications for employers, such as 18th Edition and 2391, when required.

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in electrical installations.
• Assess and support apprentices and full-time learners, ensuring high standards of learning.
• Contribute to the development and design of the curriculum.
• Provide learner support throughout their educational journey.
• Deliver commercial qualifications to meet employer needs when required.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching practice.

• A recognised Level 3 qualification or higher in Electrical Installations (HNC/HND/Degree).
• Relevant and recent industry experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for education and student development.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting inclusive learning.
• Teaching and assessor qualifications are desirable, but not required initially as support will be provided to achieve them.
