Electrical Installation Lecturer

Reed are working with a reputable College in Cambridge and are seeking an interpersonal and self-motivated Lecturer with industry experience in Electrical Installations. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver Electrical Installations courses to a diverse group of learners, encompassing both practical and theoretical aspects.

• Design and deliver comprehensive Electrical Installations courses in both practical workshops and classroom settings.
• Engage a wide range of learners, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Electrical Installations curriculum.
• Provide dedicated tutorial support to learners, assisting them in achieving their educational and professional goals.
• Perform administrative tasks related to course delivery, including maintaining student records and tracking progress.

• Relevant industry experience in the Construction sector, specifically within Electrical Installations.
• In-depth subject knowledge of Electrical Installations.
• At least a Level 3 vocational qualification in Electrical Installations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
• Competence in managing both theoretical and practical teaching environments.
