Are you passionate about educating the next generation of electricians? We're looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Tutor to join our growing team in Northampton and support apprentices on their learning journey.

• £34,000-£38,000 annual salary

• Monday to Friday schedule

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including SEN support

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions as needed

• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success

• Conduct workplace visits to review and assess apprentices

• Work closely with parents, guardians, and employers to support learner development

• Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Experience teaching or tutoring, ideally with apprentices

• A Level 3 or Advanced Craft certificate in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Qualification

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners at all levels

• A patient, supportive approach with a passion for education

• Teaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
