You'll manage a caseload of apprentices, support their learning journey, work closely with employers, and ensure high-quality training and assessments. This is your chance to influence lives and give back to the industry you know so well.

What you'll need:
? Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
? Verifiable industry experience
? 18th Edition or willingness to upskill
? Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable extras:
?? Assessor qualifications (e.g. TAQA)
?? 2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection
?? IOSH or H&S certification
