Electrical Installer

Caddy Group are looking for 2 X Electrians on a permanent basis to join our client, working on submain upgrades and lighting projects.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries in responsive manner
• Postholder will treat all stakeholders with respect and maintain a neat appearance in line with the company dress code policy.
• Where necessary proactively call off in a timely manner all necessary materials and equipment in accordance with Business policy and specific project needs.
• Store/Protect/Respect all company equipment issued to you to carry out your role diligently.
• Where appropriate direct, mentor and train in accordance with policy any temporary employees and apprentices.
• Coordinate with supervisors and management to ensure higher productivity and better quality of work whilst ensuring necessary benchmarks are recorded in line requirement of the electrical workstreams
• Develop and maintain relationship with management and supervisors to resolve any issues, concerns in line with company policy
• Comply with Business requirements for quality recording, benchmarking, testing and audit relating to electrical work stream
• Maintaining Industry certification requirements and issuing to the Business as required.
• Ensuring all accidents/incidents/near hits are reported in accordance with Company guidance for timescales and processes
• Utilising and updating projects with relevant paperwork for role
• Ensure all electrical activities on site in relation to testing and installations are carried out in line with company procedures, standards and Industry ‘Best Practice’.
• To ensure work in carried out in accordance with approved RAMS for any work activities required and to report any issues with compliance to line Management, thereby seeking (url removed); No work will commence without RAMs being in place.

Working Hours – 07.30-4.00
