Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an engineering company to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Huddersfield.

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 + Call out rate

Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 6.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm - (some Weekend call outs) - (£35/hour)

As Electrical Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment.
• Dealing efficiently and effectively with machine breakdowns, managing and reducing all aspects of machine downtime caused by electrical and mechanical breakdowns
• Assist in a proactive manner in the preventative maintenance schedules for the factory machinery and equipment

We are keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Electrical maintenance
• Experience with PLC and automation systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
