Position: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central Manchester

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer for a site based in the centre of Manchester.

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance for a large office block.

They will be dealing with all of the building maintenance including Emergency lighting, plant room maintenance, ahu's, compliance as well as other maintenance

The right person for this position will be electrical level 3 qualified with 18th. They need to be able to work as a lone engineer for most of the time, while also being supported by the companies mobile engineers and sub contractors.

Requirements

• Strong Electrical Maintenance background
• Must have facilities maintenance experience
• Based in a short commute to the centre of Manchester
• Level 3 Electrical qualifications
• 18thEdition
• Test and inspectionwould be a advantage
• Happy to work as a lone engineer
