Monday to Friday (Rotating weekly shift pattern - Early, Days, Lates)

About the Company

Our client is an established independent manufacturing business that is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, keeping our production lines moving and our equipment running at peak performance.

As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in both pre-planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of production machinery.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Requirements

• You’re a multi-skilled engineer with a nationally recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Experience in supervisory roles within maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of electrical energy technology, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Hands-on experience using CMMS software.
• A current counter-balance FLT licence.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance needs, reducing downtime.
• Contribute to capital expenditure and continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate with production teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Maintain high 5S standards in your work areas.
