Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Stratford - Start Monday 24th November - ENHANCED DBS REQUIRED

Are you immediately available and a CURRENT ENHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE?
Are you fully electrically qualified?

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. You will be required to carry out general PPM's within a commercial building in Stratford. Due to the type of building, it is essential that you have a current enhanced DBS certificate 

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (2-3 weeks work - temp)Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsRequirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
