Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Grimsby, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in a busy FMCG environment. Your role will focus on maintaining and repairing electrical systems to keep production running efficiently.

Description

Duties will include:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.Profile

A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:

A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and fault-finding techniques.
An understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Job Offer

4 on 4 off shift pattern. 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am.

Hourly rate of £23.13 based on a 42.5 hour work week, totalling £51,117.30 annually.
No call-outs required.
