Location: Fenchurch Street, City of London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services provider. Key Responsibilities
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
Perform electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and emergency lighting systems
Fault-find and repair AHUs, FCUs, UPS systems, generators, and LV electrical systems
Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, and associated building services equipment
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulationsRequirements
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 18th Edition
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
Minimum of 3 years' experience within the building services or commercial maintenance sector
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and commercial building services
Excellent fault-finding abilities with a proactive and professional approachWhat's On Offer
