Are you an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Engineer from a food or manufacturing background, looking to step into a hands-on leadership role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in a full-time, permanent role. You'll be managing and supporting a small engineering team while remaining hands-on with maintenance and improvement projects across the site.

You'll take ownership of electrical and mechanical maintenance across production lines, with the autonomy to drive improvements and ensure maximum uptime.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong Siemens PLC experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the responsibility of leading others while still being technically involved day-to-day.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance across multiple production lines
• Hands-on fault finding and PLC programming (mainly Siemens, some Mitsubishi)
• Managing and developing a small engineering team (2 engineers)
• Driving continuous improvements across the site

The Person:

• Experienced multi-skilled engineer (electrical bias) from a food/FMCG or manufacturing background
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (Siemens PLC essential)
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers
• Looking for a full-time role with autonomy and responsibility
