Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their Engineering Department. This role is crucial in providing reactive maintenance, supporting their Tewkesbury Production site, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance. With a strong electrical bias, this position requires excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills, alongside the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

• Respond to breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance.
• Repair and test electrical plant equipment.
• Fault-find and resolve technical issues.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Adhere to and adapt maintenance schedules, liaising with the Engineering Manager.
• This is a physically active role and requires manual handling.

• Experience with high-speed machinery.
• Experience working with automated machinery.
• Strong fault-finding methodology.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
