Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager

We are recruiting for two experienced Electrical Project Managers / M&E Project Managers to join an established Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering projects across London and the Home Counties.

With a strong pipeline of work across education, social housing and public-sector projects, our client is looking to appoint both an Electrical Project Manager and a Senior Electrical Project Manager to strengthen its existing management team.

These opportunities would suit individuals with an electrical contracting background or wider M&E experience who are looking for long-term stability, varied projects and the opportunity to take greater responsibility within a growing business.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager or M&E Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and client expectations are met.

Responsibilities include managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating electrical and mechanical installations, overseeing procurement and project costs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will take greater responsibility for larger or multiple projects, providing technical and operational leadership throughout delivery.

Experience Required

We’re interested in speaking with candidates currently working as Electrical Project Managers, M&E Project Managers, Electrical Contracts Managers or Senior Electrical Project Managers.

A strong electrical background is preferred, ideally supported by experience across wider mechanical and electrical building services.

Experience delivering projects within education, schools, social housing, refurbishment or public-sector environments would be particularly advantageous.

Candidates who have progressed from an electrical trade background into project or contracts management are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Electrical / M&E Project Manager: £55,000–£65,000 + Vehicle

Senior Electrical / M&E Project Manager: £65,000–£75,000 + Vehicle

Both positions offer permanent employment, a varied portfolio of projects across London and the Home Counties, and the opportunity to develop within an established M&E contractor.
