The Role:
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical Bias, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance activities across production and packaging equipment. You'll ensure machinery downtime is minimised, faults are quickly resolved and site performance continues to improve.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Fault find on PLC-controlled systems and HMIs.
Maintain motors, sensors, inverters (VFDs), control panels and instrumentation.
Perform electrical testing, inspection and calibration activities.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Support machinery upgrades, installations and improvement projects.
Assist with mechanical repairs and breakdown response when required.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety and food manufacturing standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, productivity and energy efficiency.
What They're Looking For:

Recognised Engineering qualification in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer within a manufacturing, food production, FMCG or industrial environment.
Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives and control systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health, safety and engineering compliance requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and engineering maintenance software.
Excellent time management and a proactive approach to maintenance.
