Snowdon Recruitment are working with one of the UKs most trusted sustainability companies who are looking for an Operations Manager to support their on-going growth. This is a role with a company who will look to offer a lifelong career. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and support the operations department to ensure high standards of delivery for all installation measures Manage the operations team, including project manager and all site employees, installers and engineers Lead department meetings Package Up to £42,000 basic salary dependant on experience 29 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing by an additional day for each fully completed years service up to 33 days a year Company Uniform Company Phone Employee Assisted Programme Requirements Two or more years in an operations management role Strong skills in budgeting and oversight Ability to delegate responsibilities whilst maintaining control of company operations
