Electrical Project Manager / Near Tunbridge Wells (Projects across London, Home Counties) / £60,000 - £80,000 inclusive of Quarterly Performance Bonus

Current Affairs Electrical Contractors is looking for a talented and driven Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects and want to be rewarded for your impact, this is the role for you.

The Electrical Project Manager Role:

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical projects ranging from £100k to £1.5M, ensuring seamless execution from design through to handover. Working closely with our Contracts Directors and Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple CAT A & B fit-out projects
• Overseeing budgets and profitability with support from the finance team
• Client liaison and progress meetings
• Reviewing design and tender documentation
• Managing stage 3 & 4 design submissions with CAD and design teams
• Producing technical submittals and project reports
• Attending internal review and planning meetings

Skills & Experience:

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and technical experience who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment;

• Minimum 3 years as an Electrical PM or Senior Site Supervisor
• Background in Design & Build commercial office fit-outs
• Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong electrical design knowledge, including lighting design

Required Qualifications

• BS7671:2018 18th Edition
• ECS Gold or Black Card
• C&G NVQ3 or higher
• HNC in Electrical or Building Services (preferred but not essential)

Location & Travel

Our office is based 4 miles southeast of Tunbridge Wells, at the Kent/East Sussex border. Projects are primarily in London and the Home Counties.
