Job Title: Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Location: Katrineholm, Sweden (approx. 2 hours west of Stockholm) Salary: €7,500 – €8,000 NET per calendar month
Role Overview: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a major data centre project in Katrineholm, Sweden. This long-term role offers stability, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work on technically advanced, mission-critical infrastructure.
You will be responsible for managing the full electrical scope of works from pre-construction through to commissioning, reporting directly to senior leadership and interfacing with key stakeholders on site.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full delivery of the electrical package on a large-scale data centre project. • Coordinate across design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery. • Oversee subcontractors and in-house site teams, ensuring compliance with specs, budget, and deadlines. • Liaise with client representatives and other trades on all electrical-related matters. • Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and quality standards. • Drive the commissioning process and manage FAT/SAT procedures.
Required Experience: • Significant electrical project management experience on complex, large-scale builds. • Previous data centre experience is essential. • Familiarity with European electrical standards and installation practices. • Proven leadership and site management capabilities. • Strong reporting, communication, and client-facing skills.
Essential Requirements: • Must hold an EU passport (for unrestricted travel/work in Sweden). • Comfortable with a 3:1 rotation work schedule. • Seeking a permanent, long-term role.
Desirable: • Experience working with international subcontractors on major MEP packages. • Previous experience working in Sweden or Scandinavia. • Knowledge of Swedish regulations and/or language is a plus (not mandatory).
