Electrical Quality Supervisor

Salary: £45,000 annually + Monthly Bonus Incentives
Location: Swansea 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Quality Supervisor to help maintain and drive forward high-quality standards across our renewable energy projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee live installations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide leadership to electricians on-site. Your expertise will safeguard safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Report on project performance and quality to management.

• Maintain robust quality assurance systems across installations.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations.

• Oversee project direction, progress, and on-site coordination with installers.

• Conduct live installation reviews, certification checks, and inspections.

• Manage testing, inspection, and documentation for electrical works.

• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to improve performance.

What Youll Need

• Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent knowledge of domestic electrical systems.

• Confidence in working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Required Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
