Electrical Service Supervisor Fire and Security Systems

South / South West London - starting Salary up to £40k. OTE £50k + Bonus. Free car parking, company car, bonus scheme and paid door to door.

A leading Fire and Security company with offices in the heart of London are looking for an Electrical Service Team Supervisor to manage a team electrical service engineers, working on fire systems.

We are looking for career driven and ambitious candidates as you will be coached, trained and developed to be a future manager and will work closely with one of the Directors.

The role comes with a company vehicle, bonus scheme, callout allowance, overtime available and PAID Door to Door from home to work and back.

The Electrical Service Team Supervisor will be working for the UK’s largest independent fire and security company in the UK, recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as an influential company.

You’ll be joining them at an exciting time as they embark on a period of extensive growth and expansion into new areas, partnering with leading security systems companies introducing state of the art first to market systems to the UK.

The purpose of the role is to manage a team of electrical service engineers to ensure compliance and professional, cost-effective service delivery is maintained.

The Electrical Service Supervisor will also act as an interface between the engineering team and the clients.

Clients range from the UK’s largest retail and hospitality chains to some of London’s most famous boutique hotels and clubs.

Does this sound like you?

Leadership / supervisory experience
Electrical experience
Industry specific qualifications (FIA or equivalent)
Fully qualified, with a certificate in IOSH (Health and Safety)

Starting Salary up to £40k. OTE £50k + Bonus. Other benefits include:

Paid door to door (from home to work and home) circa £7k per year
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing by 1 day per annum for every year’s
service up to a maximum of 25 days per year
