Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems within the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing Department to optimise processes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Prepare and present reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Train staff on appropriate safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Stay updated on industry advancements in electrical systems and machinery.

Profile

A successful Electrical Shift Engineer should have:

• A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
