This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progress team of engineers, support by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible. This company are a well-established business who are leaders in the European FM market, with endless career development. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution. Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems. Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc. Monitor BMS Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Level 3 and AM2 &/or Gold Card in Electrical Installations Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
