Site Manager – Commercial Electrical Fit Out

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

The Opportunity

An established and growing electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial fit out projects across London. Working on high-quality office, retail and commercial refurbishment schemes, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from site mobilisation through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high standards and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of electrical fit out projects on site.

* Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently.

* Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

* Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.

* Organise site logistics, materials and labour requirements.

* Attend client and subcontractor meetings, providing progress updates.

* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

* Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.

* Maintain accurate site records, RAMS, permits and daily reports.

* Liaise closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

* Previous experience managing commercial electrical fit out projects.

* Strong understanding of electrical installations within commercial environments.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.

* Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

Essential Qualifications

* SMSTS

* CSCS Manager Card

* First Aid at Work

* Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
