Electrical Site Supervisor Location: Bristol area Hours: Site hours (anticipated 7:00am – 4:00pm) Contract: Contract – 6 to 9 months Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of electrical installation activities on site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, maintaining site documentation, monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities for Electrical Site Supervisor * Conduct daily site briefings with the workforce. * Complete and maintain site diaries and labour records. * Manage materials, including deliveries, storage, returns and coordination with stores. * Issue and monitor PPE requirements. * Supervise site labour and verify workforce competencies. * Carry out plant, equipment and tool inspections, including calibration records. * Manage permit-to-work systems. * Monitor installation quality and ensure work is completed to specification. * Participate in Health & Safety communications (HASCOM). * Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings. * Oversee day-to-day labour allocation and site activities. * Carry out quality inspections throughout the project. * Ensure high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness. * Deliver site inductions for new personnel. * Ensure work areas remain free from redundant materials and outdated drawings. * Coordinate the return of surplus materials to stores. * Maintain safe, organised and accessible working areas. * Support the completion of as-built drawings and mark-ups as works progress. Essential Requirements * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate. * ECS Card (minimum requirement). * Previous experience supervising electrical installation projects. * Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to coordinate labour, materials and site documentation effectively Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
