Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to take charge of site operations and lead from the front?

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable professional to oversee electrical works across a range of commercial and industrial projects in Basildon and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established business with ongoing projects and strong career prospects.

?? The Role:

• Supervise and support on-site electricians and subcontractors

• Ensure electrical work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and office staff

• Manage materials, labour schedules, and daily progress reports

• Maintain compliance with health & safety and NICEIC regulations

? What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician role

• Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical installations

• ECS/JIB Card and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

• NICEIC experience (QS status advantageous but not required)

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence
