About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical installation works on commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Electrical Site Manager/Project Manager, you will play a key role in supervising site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electricians and subcontractors on site

*

Ensure electrical installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and current regulations

*

Monitor progress against programme and report updates to management

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance

*

Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings

*

Inspect works to ensure quality control and resolve on-site issues

*

Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover processes

*

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices

*

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

*

ECS/CSCS card

*

SSSTS (SMSTS advantageous)

*

Good knowledge of current electrical regulations

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
