Are you an Electrician from a Facilities or Estates background looking to join a market leading company with state-of-the-art facilities? Do you have supervisory experience and want to work in a static role with excellent work life balance?

My client is a Research Facility that carry out a multitude of projects at the forefront of industry leading technology. They require an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the Electrical Maintenance works on their estate. The role would entail a mixture of domestic, commercial and industrial work so offers a varied workload.

In this role you will Supervise a team of in-house Electrical Facility Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure Planned and Reactive works are carried out to the right standards. You will be part of a team that is responsible for Test and Inspection works and the remedials that follow. The role is predominantly 'hands off' but might require being on the tools on occasion.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Electrical Supervisor, particularly in a minor works environment, and be looking to oversee a team of engineers in a role that offers a great work life balance.

The Role:

* Supervising Maintenance Electricians for minor works
* Days based role with Flexitime
* Training & Progression
* 42 days Holiday + Excellent Pension (21%)

The Person:

* Facilities/Estates Background - ideally minor works
* Electrical Qualifications (18th ed, time served, 2391 etc.)
* Supervisory experience
* Looking for a predominantly 'hands off' role
