Electrical Supervisor - PAYE

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing commercial electrical projects and temporary electrical installations across the Thames Valley and West London.
This is a hybrid role combining site supervision, office-based planning, and remote working. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise commercial electrical installations across multiple sites.
* Manage temporary electrical installations, including site power, distribution, generators, and temporary lighting.
* Coordinate electricians and subcontractors.
* Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations.
* Plan works, manage programmes, and liaise with clients and project managers.
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Support testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
Electrical Supervisor Essential:
* Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects.
* Strong background in temporary electrical installations.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* ECS Gold Card.
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
* Experience working on live construction sites and fast-paced commercial environments.
* First Aid at Work certification.
