In this role, you will be put through an extensive training program in their Austrian HQ with all your expenses paid for, then will be dealing with an already established support team to help the installers get the system up and running.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in electronics or electrical engineering and local to Theale.

THE ROLE:

• Work with the current support team
• Support the installation teams with electrical / electronics issues
• Solve basic electrical issues remotely
• Raise tickets and process them accordingly

THE PERSON:

• Technical Support experience
• GCSE level Electronics understanding
• Commutable distance to Theale
